A Personal Note About CoolGrid Dubai

Dear Investor,

My name is Eby Mathew, and I am the founder of a UAE-registered AI company. We are developing CoolGrid Dubai — an AI-powered cooling intelligence, energy optimisation, and infrastructure resilience platform designed for Dubai’s Cognitive Cities future.

The idea began with a simple but important observation:

In a city like Dubai, cooling is not just an operating cost.It is infrastructure.
It is resilience.
It is continuity.
Cooling is infrastructure.

Every major building, hospital, hotel, mall, government asset, district cooling network, and large development depends on reliable cooling. When demand rises, when heat intensifies, when equipment is stressed, and when systems are operating close to their limits, the consequences are not only financial. They affect comfort, productivity, service continuity, asset performance, and long-term infrastructure confidence.

Yet many cooling and infrastructure systems still operate with a reactive model.

A fault becomes visible after the risk has already increased.
A maintenance issue becomes urgent after the equipment has already been stressed.
A peak-load event is managed when pressure is already in the system.
Data exists, but it often sits across separate platforms, teams, buildings, meters, logs, and control systems.

Resilience begins before failure.

That gap is where CoolGrid Dubai is being built.

CoolGrid Dubai is designed to help infrastructure operators, district cooling providers, developers, asset owners, and major facilities forecast peak cooling demand, identify equipment failure risk 24–72 hours in advance, reduce avoidable energy pressure, and improve operational resilience before disruption occurs.

The platform combines operational data, weather patterns, building-management data, energy consumption, equipment performance records, maintenance logs, occupancy signals, and AI forecasting into one cooling-specific intelligence layer.

Earlier visibility.
Smarter decisions.
Lower operational stress.
More resilient infrastructure.
Earlier visibility changes outcomes.

Dubai is one of the most important places in the world to build this.

The city is advancing rapidly as a global model for smart infrastructure, urban innovation, climate resilience, and future-ready development. As districts become more connected, assets become more intelligent, and operating expectations rise, the value of predictive infrastructure intelligence becomes stronger.

Cooling will sit at the centre of that future.

Not visibly.
Not always loudly.
But critically.

Because when cooling works, cities move smoothly.
When cooling fails, everything feels the pressure.

That is why I believe CoolGrid Dubai has the potential to become more than a software platform. It can become a practical intelligence layer for cooling-intensive infrastructure — first in Dubai, then across the UAE, the GCC, and other hot-climate markets where the same challenge is only becoming more urgent.

Built for Dubai. Scalable across hot-climate markets.

At this stage, we are developing the project, exploring strategic partnerships, and assessing pathways for pilot deployment, investment, and possible alignment with Dubai’s resilience and innovation ecosystem, including the Dubai Resilience Challenge Fund.

I am not writing to present this as a finished success story.

I am writing because I believe this is the right time to build it, the right market to validate it, and the right kind of opportunity for a strategic investor or partner who understands that the future of infrastructure will not only be built with concrete, steel, and cooling plants.

It will be built with intelligence.

If this resonates with you, I would value the opportunity to have a focused 15–20 minute conversation.

I can share the current vision, the platform direction, the grant and pilot pathway we are exploring, and where a strategic investor or partner may be able to participate early.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

The right timing matters.

Warm regards,

Eby Mathew

Look beneath the surface

Why this could matter more than it first appears

Cooling is often invisible until it fails. Yet entire asset classes depend on it — not only for comfort, but for continuity, productivity, safety, and confidence.

The more connected and demanding urban infrastructure becomes, the more valuable predictive cooling intelligence becomes. Earlier visibility can turn a response into a decision, and a disruption into a risk managed before it escalates.

The platform that earns trust in this category could occupy an important and defensible place in the future infrastructure stack. CoolGrid Dubai is an opportunity to explore that position early, thoughtfully, and in the market where the need is impossible to ignore.
