PARTNER PORTAL

Submit your cooling data. Get operational insight back.

A private workspace for district cooling providers, developers, and consulting engineers. Register your sites, submit daily readings by form or CSV, and see how your plants actually perform — energy intensity, delta-T, peak load, and risk signals.

Every site and reading is scoped to your own account. No other partner can see your data, and nothing is published or shared without a separate written agreement.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps from spreadsheet to insight.

01

Register your sites

Add each plant or building with its area, type, installed capacity in TR, and commissioning year.

02

Submit readings

Enter a single day directly, or upload a CSV of daily history: load, chilled-water supply and return temperature, electricity, and water.

03

Receive insights

Peak load, energy intensity in kW/TR, delta-T behaviour, capacity utilisation, and flagged operational risks — computed from your own submissions.

WHAT YOU GET BACK

Metrics computed from your submissions.

kW/TR

Plant energy intensity, per day and per month

Delta-T

Chilled-water temperature difference and low delta-T detection

Peak load

Highest recorded load, with date and site

Utilisation

Average load against installed capacity

Portal analytics are early-stage and derived directly from the data you submit. They are decision support for your own engineering teams, not a certified audit, measurement-and-verification report, or regulatory submission. CoolGrid Dubai is in the development and pilot-exploration stage; participation in the partner portal is not a commercial agreement, a performance guarantee, or an investment offer.

Bring one plant or your whole portfolio.

Start with a single site and a month of history. The portal accepts CSV exports from BMS, chiller plant managers, or manual logsheets — you only need a date column and whichever measurements you have.
