PHASE 1 — APPROVAL AND SCHEDULING

Register a building with a researcher and an operator, and get a Phase 1 start date.

Phase 1 only runs when an academic lead and a cooling operator commit to the same building. Submit both sides here and the 16-week calendar is issued immediately — start date, baseline window, intervention window and reporting window — subject to the data audit and a signed heads of terms.

A named academic lead

A Dubai-affiliated researcher owns the measurement method and signs off the baseline model before any result is published.

A real operating building

One building or plant, with an operator willing to run guided and unguided days on a fixed schedule for 16 weeks.

A fixed start date

Programmes start on a Monday, at least 21 days after registration so instrumentation and the data agreement are in place first.

Joint registration

All fields marked required apply to both partners. Contact details are stored privately and used only to run the approval — they are never published.
