PILOT PATHWAY
A structured route from conversation to an agreed pilot scope.
CoolGrid Dubai is at development and pilot-exploration stage. This pathway exists so that a serious evaluation can start with clear expectations on both sides — no commercial commitment is created by applying.
FOUR TRACKED STAGES
Every application moves through the same steps.
- 01
Application received
Your application is logged with a reference number and reviewed against the current pilot capacity and data requirements.
- 02
Scoping call
A 45-minute call to agree the operational question the pilot should answer, the sites in scope, and who owns the data.
- 03
Data review
We review a sample export together — flow, temperatures, electricity, or whatever exists — and confirm what CoolGrid can and cannot compute from it.
- 04
Pilot scope agreed
A written pilot scope: sites, duration, metrics, responsibilities, and what a successful outcome looks like. Nothing is binding before this point.
APPLICATION
Tell us what you operate and what you want answered.
You will receive a reference number immediately. Applications are reviewed manually; we reply to every one, including when a pilot is not the right fit yet.
Government bodies, universities and operators who want to follow the review and approval steps online can instead apply from the pilot portal, using a free partner account.
Details you submit are stored securely and used only to assess and progress your pilot enquiry. They are not shared with third parties, and this page is not an offer of investment or a guarantee of performance.
Not ready for a pilot yet?
The partner portal accepts a single site and a month of history, and the live demo shows exactly how CoolGrid reasons over cooling data before any commitment.
