Roadmap

From a designed protocol to measured savings

Each stage is published in full before it runs, so progress can be judged against a fixed standard rather than a revised story. Neither deployment phase has been completed.

Stages

  1. Now

    In progress

Platform build, public technical portal, secure investor data room, and grant readiness against the published Dubai Resilience Challenge Fund requirements.

  2. Phase 1

    Designed, awaiting a host building

A 16-week supervised proof-of-concept on a real Dubai building with a university research partner: instrumentation audit, four-week unguided baseline, alternating guided and unguided weeks, independent measurement and uncertainty reporting.

  3. Phase 2

    Designed, awaiting a connected estate

An operational pilot across a district cooling estate, with metered savings tracking, published methodology and an anonymised public estate view.

  4. Scale

    Planned

Multi-operator rollout across the UAE, then GCC expansion, supported by an integration and delivery partner ecosystem.

What each stage depends on

These are the honest blockers, not milestones already cleared.

  • A Dubai-affiliated lead researcher for the Phase 1 research partnership
  • A confirmed host building and willing operator
  • Live chiller readings connected through the secure ingest endpoint
  • A district cooling estate contributing metered data for Phase 2
  • Completion of the financial model, valuation and independent market research
  • Grant outcome, which is not automatic and remains subject to the fund's process
